ELF is ACRWC LLC's aluminum forging initiative — precision forged aluminum components engineered for the demands of modern mobility. We focus on lightweight structural parts where strength-to-weight, repeatability, and dimensional control decide whether a program ships.

- Closed-die & precision forging of aluminum alloys (e.g. 6xxx / 7xxx series)
- Lightweighting — replacing cast or steel parts to cut mass without sacrificing load paths

Why forged aluminum
Forged aluminum delivers superior fatigue resistance and grain flow versus casting, at a fraction of the weight of steel. For EV and ADAS-adjacent programs where every kilogram moves range and dynamics, that trade matters.
